About
I started as a developer — writing PL/SQL, building Oracle ERP integrations, converting legacy procurement data for federal agencies. I was good at it. But over 16 years, I learned that the hard problems aren't technical.
They're organizational: getting people to trust new systems, redesigning workflows, and helping leadership understand what's actually possible.
“The hard problems aren't technical — they're organizational.”
