Process Automation Branch — Branch Chief
Led the DOI/IBC Process Automation Branch through a major operational transformation. Oversaw the migration of 16 automations from attended to unattended mode and deployed 5 new automations — resulting in approximately 7,000+ hours of operational savings. Responsible for resource management, stakeholder communications, and developing the branch's cloud migration strategy.
SQL Training Program
Designed and delivered a 3-day SQL training course for the DOI/IBC team. Over 20 participants. Developed all training materials and hands-on exercises from scratch, covering queries, joins, aggregations, and performance fundamentals.
IGT Reconciliation Report
Conceptualized and deployed a Treasury-mandated intergovernmental transaction reconciliation report for IBC customers. Replaced a multi-report manual process with a single automated solution, reducing reconciliation effort significantly.
SAM.gov Integration
Implemented 3 Oracle CLM to SAM.gov interfaces for DNFSB: contract opportunity reporting, vendor eligibility check, and wage determination. Also automated API key rotation to reduce O&M burden and documented the SAM.gov SYSTEM account setup process.
AGA Conference — Panel Speaker
Represented DOI/IBC at the 2024 Association of Government Accountants annual conference in Denver, CO. Served as a panel member for the session 'Systems Migration: Data Conversion Observations & Keys to Success.' Collaborated with IBC leadership to develop presentation materials and discussion topics.
